White Label SEO Services for Agencies and Consultants
If you run a marketing agency or work as a consultant and your clients ask for SEO, you have two options. You can build an in-house SEO capability, which takes time, money, and ongoing management. Or you can partner with a white label SEO provider who delivers the work under your brand while you focus on your client relationships.
Econestech provides white label SEO services for agencies and consultants across the USA. We do the research, strategy, content, technical work, and reporting. You present it to your client as your own.
How White Label SEO Works
The process is straightforward.
Your client signs with your agency for SEO services. You pass the work to Econestech. We run the campaign, produce the deliverables, and report back to you in a format you can share with or present to your client directly. Your client never knows we exist. All communication with your client stays with you.
This means you can offer SEO services immediately without hiring an SEO specialist, investing in tools, or building the operational infrastructure that a genuine SEO capability requires.
What We Deliver Under Your Brand
Strategy and Keyword Research
We develop the keyword strategy for each client based on their industry, location, and competition. You receive a clear document you can use to brief your client on the direction of the campaign or present as part of your onboarding process.
Technical SEO Audit and Fixes
We audit the client’s website for technical issues and resolve them. Every finding and fix is documented so you have a full record of what was done and why. This documentation is yours to present as part of your service delivery.
Content Production
We write the service pages, location pages, and blog content that builds organic rankings for the client. All content is original, properly researched, and written to rank for specific target searches. You receive completed drafts for review before they are published, or we can publish directly if the client’s site access has been provided.
Google Business Profile Management
For local SEO clients, we manage the Google Business Profile monthly, including posts, photo updates, review monitoring, and responding to reviews in a tone consistent with the client’s brand. All activity is reported in the monthly document.
Link Building
We identify and pursue link acquisition opportunities appropriate for the client’s industry and budget level. All links built are documented with the source, the anchor text used, and the domain authority of the linking site.
Monthly Reporting
We produce a white-labelled monthly report covering keyword rankings, traffic changes, work completed during the month, and what is planned for the next month. The report uses your agency’s branding. If you have a specific reporting template you want us to follow, we can work to that format.
Who This Is For
White label SEO is a good fit for:
Web design and development agencies that build sites for clients who then ask about getting found on Google. Adding SEO to your service offering without building a dedicated SEO team is the most common use case.
Digital marketing agencies that run paid ads, social media, or email marketing and want to add SEO without adding headcount. Many clients ask about organic search and having a credible SEO offering strengthens the overall relationship.
PR and content agencies that produce content for clients but do not have the technical SEO and link building capabilities to maximise its search impact.
Freelance consultants who work across multiple clients and want to fulfil SEO work without doing all of it themselves.
Pricing for White Label SEO
White label SEO pricing follows the same package structure as our direct client pricing. You set your own margin. Our pricing to you starts from $500 per month per client for local SEO fundamentals and scales based on the scope of work agreed for each engagement.
We do not require minimum client volumes or lock-in periods. You can start with one client and scale from there.
What We Need From You to Get Started
To onboard a white label client we need:
- Access to the client’s website (admin or developer access)
- Access to Google Business Profile (manager access)
- Access to Google Search Console (if already set up) or permission to set it up
- The target keywords and locations the client wants to rank for, or enough context about their business for us to identify these
- Any brand guidelines or tone of voice considerations for content
- Your preferred reporting format and frequency
Onboarding a new client typically takes one week. The first month is largely audit and setup work. Ranking movement begins to appear from month three onwards, consistent with normal SEO timelines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will My Client Know They Are Working With Econestech?
No. All deliverables, reports, and communications go through you. We operate entirely in the background. If a client asks who does your SEO work, how you answer is your business decision, not something we are involved in.
How Do You Handle Communication with My Client?
We do not communicate with your clients directly. All information flows through you. We deliver work and reports to you on the agreed schedule, and you manage the client relationship.
What Is Included in White Label SEO Reports?
Monthly reports include keyword rankings for all target searches, organic traffic data from Google Search Console, a summary of work completed during the month, any issues identified, and the work planned for the following month. The report is produced in your branding.
Can I Resell SEO at Any Price Point?
Yes. Our pricing to you is the wholesale cost of the work. What you charge your client is entirely your decision. Most agencies add a margin of 30% to 50% on top of the wholesale cost, though some charge more depending on their market positioning.
What If a Client Wants to Cancel?
Our arrangements are month to month with no minimum commitment. If a client cancels, you simply notify us and the engagement ends at the close of that billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Do You Work with Agencies in All Industries?
Yes. Our white label work covers the same verticals as our direct client work: local businesses, professional services, healthcare, legal, ecommerce, SaaS, and others. If you have a specific client type or industry in mind, ask us whether we have relevant experience in that space.
